The Uni Project is a project of Street Lab, a 501(c3) nonprofit organization founded by Leslie and Sam Davol to create programs for public space. The Uni Project marks a transition for Street Lab. Since 2006, we’ve worked on a range of projects to bring opportunities for culture, community, and learning to downtown Boston, culminating in the Storefront Library. In 2011, we turn exclusively to the Uni, a portable reading room for public space.
