Shipment photos for Uni Tower bound for Wyong Shire, shipping 12/22/15.
10 benches: pair of each color.
Bill Bancroft dusting the cubes before palleting in Essex MA on 12/21/15.
Marine canvas cover: testing for fit.
The first two pallets have 24 cubes each. There are 48 total cubes in a tower.
Cubes are shrink wrapped with several foam layers and then sandwiched between two MDF boards which are lashed to the pallet.
The third pallet has 10 benches, extra/spare cubes, signs, cross piece and cover. Because of the long distance, we included 4 extra cubes instead of the usual 2 extra in the contract. These extras can be used if a cube breaks over time, or for spare parts.
This cross piece can be used underneath the cover to keep it from sagging in the middle of the tower. See instructions included with the cover for details.
6 signs: 2 cork, 2 chalkboard, 2 blanks.
Cover and instructions.
Crating the baseplates.
The fourth and final item is the baseplate crate.
The three pallets: all non stackable and marked as such.
Paperwork is included on the lead pallet (#1): includes certification of the heat treatment of the pallets for import to AUS and also packing list. All other shipment paperwork to be emailed to Paul at Expeditors International.
